Over the past decade Grant has worked on a diverse range of
strategic issues in the resources, retailing, distribution,
manufacturing, logistics, downstream and upstream petroleum and
education sectors, among others.
Grant is also experienced in M&A transaction support,
including strategic assessment, synergy evaluation, valuation and
communications strategy development and execution.
As well as his activities in the corporate sector, Grant has
also worked on a range of public policy issues, including emissions
trading policy and energy infrastructure development.
Outside work, Grant stays fit by training for and running in
marathons, including most recently the '2500th anniversary' Athens
Marathon. Grant is married to Sarah, a lawyer.
Grant holds a First Class Honours degree in Physics from the
University of New South Wales. He has also completed a Graduate
Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial
Services Institute of Australasia.
