Low leverage teams

Our teams are much smaller and include much more senior consultants. A typical team might include 1 to 2 Business Analysts, with 1 to 2 Associates or Associate Principals and 1 Principal or Director.

Many consulting firms typically deploy large teams that are characterised by:

  • Large numbers of more junior, inexperienced analysts
  • Day-to-day leadership provided by more senior, but still relatively inexperienced consultants
  • Limited involvement by the firm's most experienced practice leaders
Though these teams are appropriate to address many business issues, we find that a smaller, less hierarchical team structure is more appropriate for the problems we help solve.

Our teams are much smaller and are weighted with senior consulting experience.

Business analysts find that working in small teams enhances job satisfaction. Juggling several important tasks at once improves your progression up your learning curve. In addition, everyone in the team is closely connected to and responsible for the overall progress of the study.
