First, we deliberately maintain a low leverage
ratio-with two or three younger consultants per Partner versus
eight to fifteen consultants per partner at other top tier firms.
This ensures that our team mix is deliberately top heavy, with
Partners actively leading the problem solving, rather than simply
controlling the quality of a large team of junior consultants.
Second, our Partners are not distracted by the
administrative and practice building requirements of large
multi-national consulting companies.

than it could be in a practice with higher leverage ratios. Our
